How it works

  1. Create your account

    Sign up with your email address and a password, then enter the code we email you. You sign in whenever you need your trust records, from a computer, tablet or phone. Nothing else to install.

  2. Set up your trust once

    Add the trust name and date, upload the trust deed, and list the trustees, beneficiaries and settlors, and who can appoint new trustees. It takes about fifteen minutes.

  3. Keep records as things happen

    When the trustees make a decision, fill in a minutes or resolution template, print it, sign it, then upload the signed copy. It is filed against the trust with the date.

  4. Get reminders before things are due

    Trust Ready tracks the yearly trustee review, distribution decisions and the tax return. You get an email four weeks before each is due, and a bell in your account shows anything overdue.

Documents
The deed, variations, letters of wishes, signed minutes and resolutions, accounts and tax returns. Upload PDFs, Word files or photos of paper documents.
Minutes and resolutions

Questions about the plan

How do I sign in?

With your email address and password, then a six digit code we email you each time. If you forget your password, you can reset it by email.

Can my accountant or lawyer see it?

You can print the whole record, or save it as a PDF, and give it to them whenever you need to.

What if I stop paying?

You keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. After that you can still read the record and download it as a PDF, but not change it. Your records are yours.

What does it cost?
